Spent two nights here with friends visiting museums in the medway area. The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff very friendly. Bar area was quite busy and there wasn't much seating inside. The location is OK, very near the Historic Dockyard. Rooms are spacious enough and sympatheticly decorated. Parkingspace is available, but insufficient because it is used by all the shoppers for the Outletcenter nearby. Service wasn't really good. But the most annoying part : it was NOISY in the bar, the restaurant, on the terraces, the airco/ventilation.....
