Very clean and inviting hotel. Looked to be recently refurbished. The staff was very helpful and pleasant all around. being a budget hotel, the expectation was pretty low, but was quite surprised at the nice beds and television. Friendly and helpful staff throughout (hotel and restaurant). Sparklingly clean rooms, most comfortable mattress and pillows, climate control that works! Breakfast was a big ....pleasant....surprise, choice, price and quality exceeded expectations considering this is a budget hotel! Would definitely return and recommend.

Needed to leave my stuff early in the day. They greeted me and enabled check in so quickly and with great professionalism and charm. I stayed at this hotel with a friend. We unfortunately were there for our friends funeral, but I have to say the staff were wonderfull, especially Carol who was so lovely when we said why we were there.. The staff in the bar/restrauant were also just as kind. Thank you Carol.

I use Premier Inn regularly when travelling around in the UK. Great value and always clean, warm and comfy. I would like to publicly apologise to the poor sole who was in the room above ours. Very convenient location, just up the hill from the ferry terminal (less than 5 mins) It is on the side of a main road - and all the family rooms are on the main road side but triple glazed so noise isn't a problem.
