What a wonderful experience! There we were, just off a plane from Jamaica, and Lynn there to give us a wonderful welcome. We had a delightful stay at this wonderful B&B. An ideal location for exploring Kent/Sussex and with easy train access to London. Set in a quiet private street but convenient walking distance to the town. Lynne and John are great hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The full English breakfast was a tour de force.

We spent five wonderful days at studley cottage. Our room was beautiful and the beds very comfortable - which is very important for us. Breakfast was excellent. Lynn and John were perfect hosts. We can recommend studley cottage from our deapest heart.
