Absolutely amazing experience, I genuinely never knew beds could be so comfy and food could be so tasty. The breakfast was astonishing and I've never had fried eggs with ground black pepper on them - a great twist which changes the dimension of the usually bland Full English. Very reasonably priced too. WE WILL be coming back. Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh YEAH!

due to unforeseen circumstances with National Express coaches I had to cancel the booking I made as it was passed the cut off for cancellation. I contacted the hotel to ask if there was another hotel in the area I was travelling to so I can transfer the booking there. Was quoted over £100 for one night...could not afford this... More

I stay here every time I come to Hull. Friendly staff, great rooms, food at a good consistent standard and a fantastic breakfast. Once you learn how to navigate the lifts it is a warm and comfortable stay. The staff here are fantastic and deserve great credit.

A typical premier inn, so you get what you expect and pay for. Location wise the hotel is set a 10 minute walk from the city centre but it's not the nicest walk. However that should not detract from what is a nice premier inn. Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms and generally food value for money

Once again Premier inn was up to scratch. Excellent staff, clean room had a couple of little problems which were sorted straight away. we run out of shower gel and the window was not quite sealed right ( being on the top floor it was a little windy) The staff here are very friendly and always seemed to have time... As always a warm welcome from all the staff. I am gluten intolerant and as usual they go out of their way to ensure my food especially breakfast is cooked freshly and separately for me. Nothing too much trouble.
