Riverside is an excellent B&B set in a great location on the banks of the River Rothay just a short walk from Ambleside. The breakfast is superb and David and Brenda are excellent hosts. We have every intention of returning to Riverside.

We're off to the Lakes again and we're booked at the Riverside B&B, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. We always get the best welcome the most wonderful breakfast you'll ever eat, the rooms are warm and comfortable and Brenda and Dave think of everything you could possible want. We had a fabulous relaxing 6 night stay. Everything was done in a superior manner. Brenda and Dave were so friendly as well as knowledgable. They were ever ready with maps, ideas and information.
