This hotel sits right on the water front at the tip of Lake Windermere. We stayed in a great room with good lake views. The breakfasts were a wonderfull start to the day exploring and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The garden leading down to the lake would be better in summer but very appealing. Will certainly return.

Warm, very cosey hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Food good. Room 24(top floor) Dog friendly,Very Clean. Only one little thing....Cost of the drinks in the hotel, over £8.00 for a pint of cider and a very small Pino, this is really to much. Thats the only moan, otherwise very good Inn!!
