The staff can't be any more helpful. but the hotel and everything else was poor. firstky the room floor creeked as you walked around it, every door in the hotel slams shut! the bath room decor was poor. cracks in the rest of the room decor. light switches on the head board are to low and you catch on them... We stayed at this Hotel for four nights,The rooms were good the bed was very big but a bit too hard for me,it could have been softer.
