Very friendly owner who will really go out of his way, wonderful cumbrian breakfast with amazing potato cakes (thanks!). Nice old georgian house with a lovely atmosphere, probably one fo the best places to stay in Cockermouth of the B&B type. Take earplugs because it is on a noisy road is my only slight quibble.
