Friendly greeting and helpful reception staff when walking in off the street for a last minute booking. Very accommodating when compared with other hotels in Grasmere with out of season availability. The hotel converted a double to a twin without hesitation or fuss. Thank you. Comfortable hotel in the centre of Grasmere with ample parking. Good breakfast.
