The room was clean and very comfortable. Geoff and Sue gave us a very warm welcome. Breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area. The pub was welcoming and the locals were very friendly.

Stayed over w/nd in feb. Owner let us have family room for price of double. Lovely big room and a bath. Good quality bacon at bfast. Very good value and perfect location Eddie and Christine

The accommodation is in rooms at the back of this drinking mans pub the rooms were clean, although it wont be long before they need a little tender loving care. The owner is helpful and was more than happy to serve us an early breakfast.When we visited they were not doing evening meals.
