This was our third stay at Abacourt House and all was the same the only difference was the weather. We asked for the same same room as we had before and this was accomodated. Still cannot fault this charming guest house in the lake District.

The owners are very friendly without being intrusive, the guesthouse is immaculately clean throughout and we enjoyed our weekend. So close to the centre, private car parking,no wonder there were no vacancies even in the winter months. We would happily stay again, and recommend Abacourt House
