Spent New Year at Rooms 36 with my wife, sister and our three labradoodles. Andy made us most welcome. Excellent location and the the rooms were to an outstanding standard. Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. We would highly recommend Rooms 36 to anyone visiting the North Lakes. Most enjoyable

We often do Christmas away as our family is dotted around the UK somewhat. In 2012 we choose Keswick and stayed at Rooms 36. It is well located, the rooms were very nice, the breakfasts where excellent and the staff were all lovelly. We would defiantely stay there again if and when we return to the north lakes.

Its difficult to be objective with a B & B review as you are a personal guest.
