It's basic, and you'd better avoid it on bank holidays, but the location is just the best, and it's good value. Good strong showers (could be a couple of degrees warmer on cold days). Toilets adequate. Friendly owners. At busy times the resident of the caravan (also very friendly) will collect your money.
