we enjoyed our weekend at the Portland. Very clean rooms, quiet and excellent breakfast (I am fussy about scrambled eggs as so often over cooked in hotels but were cooked to perfection at the Portland). the owners were friendly and welcoming.

This B&B is five mins walk from Keswick town centre and also only a short walk to Derwent Lake. Fab location for many walks and to the pubs & restaurants in the evening.
