Booked in 30th March for 2 nights. Wonderful room with balcony overlooking the manicured gardens, lake and mountains, simply breathtaking. Great Hotel if you want to get away from it all, breakfast was excellent, we had a room with a balcony over looking the lake, worth spending the extra money to have!

Our party of 6 had a great weekend, helped by warm and friendly staff, and excellent food. The location is just stunning, and is perfectly located for exploring Ullswater. Highly recommended.
