Returned here after first coming a few years ago. And the breakfast was just as good as I remember, beautiful and very tasty local produce. Room was very nice and quiet, which ensured an excellent night's sleep. Can;t ask for any more really.

Me, my husband mother in law and daughter stayed just before Christmas for 3 nights as we were going to granddaughters christening in Penrith. It was just what we wanted a very comfortable bed and breakfast. The rooms are excellent as is the breakfast which is all locally produced fresh food. Will be going back again soon.

I would heartily recommend Bank House to anyone. The lovely friendly welcome and the service were second to none. The attention to detail was perfect. My room and en suite were spacious and airy.
