We stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of September and while the weather was awful the B&B certainly was not. We were made feel very welcome from the word go. The breakfast was very good and I would highly recommend at stay at here.

The location was perfect with car parking but easy to walk to restaurants etc in Windermere and Bowness. Hosts were just fantastic
