We stayed at The Hideaway for our Honeymoon and it was perfect. The hotel is small, beautifully decorated and so comfortable and friendly. We felt very at ease as soon as we arrived. Our room was fantasitic and helped to make us feel as though we were at home. The Hideaway is a very fitting name. It is tucked down...

Well where do I start
The negatives :-
For us there was none, the only one I could see is the restaurant is only open Friday, Saturday & Sunday depriving more customers of this truely memorable experience.
Positives:-
All, from first phoning to book and engaging conversation with Thomasz on timings, then meeting him on the night and being shown...

My husband and I stayed at the Hideaway last weekend and we really enjoyed the break. We both travel extensively in the UK, Europe and the rest of the world and I am happy to say that the level of personal service we experienced, the comfort of the rooms and the quality of the restaurant were all, for a boutique...

We stayed here for one night (Monday 8th May). The room was lovely and had everything you could possibly need; both room and bathroom were very clean. The night before I asked if it was possible to make lunch for the next day, Richard was very helpful and when we checked out our lunch was presented to us. Breakfast was...

After a 6 hour drive from the Highlands on route to the Isle of Wight ‘The Hideaway’ was the perfect location to unwind and be pampered. The owners Richard and Lisa were very attentive to our wishes including my wife’s gluten free requirements - nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant needs booking as it is in high demand! A...

It felt very intimate, relaxed on the sofa, chose from a lovely...

We have recently returned from our third short break at the Hideaway, and have had a wonderful time. Lovely quiet location; friendly, attentive, but discreet staff; and a tasty breakfast each morning. The room, as always, was spotlessly clean. The weather was even kind to us, with two days of warm sunshine! Thank you to all the staff at the...

Lovely quiet B&B. Very friendly, helpful staff. I have a gluten allergy - they bent over backwards to accommodate me. Afternoon tea & cake 2-5pm was a real treat - they brought me a dessert from the restaurant. Spotless clean. We had the mini double. The room is small but not tiny - plenty of room and evrything we needed....

My wife and I stayed in May 2012. We had contacted Richard and Lisa earlier to let them know
of the special requirements for my wife, due to a serious back injury some years ago. She was treated with consideration, thought and kindness throughout our stay, but certainly not patronised. All the little things that make a stay so enjoyable...
