4 of us had 2 rooms for 2 nights and paid £45 for the room per night. Well worth it. 5-7 mins to north pier, gay bars and town. Rooms well decorated. Bed more comfortable then our own! Didn't have the continental brekkie and only saw owners at check in. Whole wkd was great.

Good location for everything including a good nights sleep. Guest house is very clean and has everything you need. Friendly and helpful place.

A well positioned and comfortable guesthouse. Basic, but well presented and more than adequate in terms of room facilities and food quality. This was my second time staying here and once again it did not disappoint :)) Its close to everything that you could possibly want or need for a pleasant stay in Blackpool.. The staff always go that extra mile to make you feel welcome and the rooms and communal areas are spotless.. I would recommend staying here to anyone...

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the pheonix for 3 nights.The standard double room we had was immaculatey clean and the bed was so comfortable,the staff were helpfull and friendly.It was great value for money and would reccomend it to anyone.Thanks for a great time Dave+Marie

Very pleasantly suprised, stayed in guest houses all over the country and this is definately one of the best.

We had a loverly trip and if we come back up to Blackpool we WILL deff stay here again!! GREAT VAULE FOR MONEY!! Clean and tidy room, Very comfortable. Breakfast was spot on, so yummy and filling!! Kieran and Adam were sooo helpful, polite and friendly. Thank you very much for an enjoyable stay!
