Stayed 2 nights at last minute. Made more than welcome. Just off the Prom, with a wee walk into the atmosphere. Clean & friendly with a breakfast to die for. Will return.

I've stayed in Blackpool a few times, and have always been disappointed by the standards of the B&B. Not this time. Warm, clean, friendly atmosphere, excellent breakfast, and a welcoming drop of wine in your room. Value for money, and even brightened up a wet weekend in January. The benchmark for Blackpool guest-houses.

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was a lovely place to stay. Short walk to the tower and far enough away for it too be nice and quiet. Breakfast was just enough as I'm not a breakfast person and was offered more if we wanted. Will happily go back next time we visit.

We stayed here whilst my daughter was competing at the tower, rooms were exceptionaly clean and tidy and very well presented to high standard. Breakfast was nice full english as well as toast and cereals on offer. Staff were very friendly and called us taxis when we needed them.
