we was in blackpool for a comp at the winter gardens,and loads of us stayed at rosebank,some families for 1 night.and some for 2,i would recommed this hotel to anyone,its lovely,clean,warm,owner is very helpful,and got us a karaoke, and stuff for the kids to do.brilliant cheap place to stay...and we will be staying again..

Me and my friend stayed for a night and couldn't fault it. Everything in the room was imaculate, nice fresh bedding, bathroom was spotless and breakfast excellent. Helen and Michaels hospitality and service was second to none. Will definitely use stay at Rosebank Villa next time we go to Blackpool.

We stayed for one night and wished we chosen a different hotel. The room was overpriced at £54 for B&B. Tiny bedroom, noisy, poor breakfast, door to en-suite wouldn't close, shower inefficient. Blackpool accommodation is inexpensive so there will be plenty of better choices.
