Birch villa is a great, clean hotel, minutes from the promenade. Paul and Karen are great hosts and made us feel very welcome, as a young couple we felt very looked after, we are planning to return to Blackpool and use the birch villa hotel again.

I have stayed in a lot of hotel in Blackpool but the birch villa is the best we have stayed in very clean very cosy Paul and Karen are excellent people they made me and my husband so welcome. just spent a fantastic weekend at Birch Villa. Paul & Karen were the perfect hosts as they made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for us, even staying up until we got in on Saturday night at 2am. Paul and Karen are very lovely people, they did all they can to help us and cater to our needs. nothing seemed to much for them they was very welcoming. The breakfasts were really good too! We have stayed here twice and are definately going back. The hotel is practically on the beach and a lovely walk into town. We stayed here half term week. We where made most welcome by Karen and Paul and other family members. Breakfast was excellent even for the fussy eaters out of us.Bar was well stocked and rooms where spot on. Would reccomend to all and we will visit again!
