Fantastic, great hospitality from start to finish. Helped with luggage on arrival, took an interest in why we were staying in Blackpool. Friendly atmosphere. Wonderful clean, warm and comfortable rooms. Clearly a couple who take pride in what they do. Fantastic variety at breakfast, food was fab. Would highly recommend and would deffinatley stay again. Excellent value for money.

We stayed here over Valentine’s day weekend 2013 and really enjoyed our stay. Veronica and Ian were very helpful and friendly.
