Its a medium priced hotel, the facilities reflect this. However the staff are excellent and always are, i have stayed here many times since 1998 and Brittania have certainly improved it. we can all fing fault, but just enjoy you stay, and the breakfast is well worth waitng for

Pros were great food especially the breakfast with a great choice. Cons were the poor cleanliness, staff where very abrupt at times, lift kept breaking down and the toilet was difficult to flush. Various stains on floors, walls and towels.
