The hotel may look nice on the outside and in the lounge but the rooms are terrible. They are not child friendly at all. Stayed in the Imperial with my boyfriend for two nights. Firstly got the spring sale rooms where they where not much more than the tacky B&Bs charge! We stayed at The Imperial in January, had a couple of niggles on arrival and spoke with Ian Simpson the Duty Manager, he was a complete gentleman and attended to our every need.
