Me and my partner went over on saturday .. We found kath to be so welcoming and very friendly.. room was well worth what we paid for .. every thing was spotless ..felt like home ... shame we missed breakfast .. well recommend this b&b to all my friends

A very clean and friendly hotel Kath was brilliant!! Felt most welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent good quality produce and plentiful!!! Located close to the front within easy walking distance. Looking forward to a return visit soon.

Stayed for a couple of nights. Very handy for the Football ground close to the Pleasure beach and short bus tram ride to city centre. Room was small and ensuite very small but clean and had everything you needed. Kath the owner was superb made you feel at home and full of useful tourist information. Breakfast was very good.
