Arrived on Thursday for 3 nights. Excellent Prices very clean rooms. Breakfast was lovely. Les, Heather and family were excellent would highly recomend. Close to all attractions. Will be booking again soon. Thank you again Kylie and Pete x

Reading the other reviews on here we were quite confident we have picked the right B&B for us. Unfortunately on this occasion, it didn’t meet our expectations and were left very disappointed. The family room was an adequate size for our needs although the décor and standard of the room was pretty basic, a bit of TLC wouldn’t go amiss....

The rooms are a little tired and we are currently undertaking a programme of redecoration which had to wait until the end of the season as no-one wants to sleep in a room smelling of paint....

Stayed for two nights in a family room which did the job for us but a little on the small side but we did have two fully grown teenagers. We were told two nights was the minimum when booking but clearly people in guest house only been there for one.
But no other negative comments the rooms are very clean...

Main reason for booking was the location. We're normally further away when stopping and with this being next to the town centre it makes things a lot easier. The rooms are nice and clean. I was a little too tall and big for the bed but I am for most beds. Felt the mattress was a bit hard but again...

visited for a weekend was a really lovely hotel with really friendly hosts .very clean nd rooms were really nice .beds were very comfy had a really good sleep.the breakfast was amazing.would definatley use again

Called in on the off chance that they would have a room available. This is not the cheapest hotel at £25 per night per adult and half price for kids but it is one of the cleanest you will find with nice showers, spotless towels and bedding, a truly friendly welcome.
