just returned from weekend at this hotel with boys for football tournament and yet again had a fantastic stay at this hotel . food fantastic as usual fantastic staff could not be more heipful . big thanks to bernie. kelly.ann and mel.and all the staff at hacketts. big thanks for weekend. we will be back to this hotel soon

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were a little small, however, I only used mine to sleep in.
The bar was small and our group of about 70 pers struggled for service.

On arrival to departure could not fault the staff. Couldn't do enough for you. The room was adequate for our purpose, but was small, and in dire need of refurbishment.The bed was like sleeping on a rolling matress,and was not suitable for a goodnights sleep. My wife and I along with many others stayed here over the weekend 30th March to 1st April 12 and although the staff were very helpful and friendly the hotel itself is in dire need of refurbishment. I would not reccommend this hotel at all.
