Room service and staff were very supportive. The staff were very helpful and obedient but their communication skills should also be stressed on. Although the food was good but there was less varieties to choose from. It is a decent accommodation for tourists.

I honestly don't think I've ever met a more friendly staff group. There's a bit of a Fawlty Towers feel to it though. The food is gorgeous, the best breakfast I ever had in a hotel.
