We stayed here for one night. Though the hotel occupies a prominent location on the Promenade, it requires a lot of TLC. The hotel is unkempt and the decor too looks tired. There is a lack of cleanliness around and the washrooms are really filthy. The bar too is non-functional like the restaurant. The only silver lining to this was... More

Lovely, friendly staff, great location next to Pleasure Beach, fab Pakistani restaurant just next door. Stayed here for a cheap and cheerful weekend away as a couple. Ignore these ridiculous, picky reviews; where can you get tea and coffee making facilities, free parking, great location, TV and freeview, ensuite shower/toilet, friendly service and huge breakfast for £30 per double room... My wife and I decided to go to Blackpool for 1 night away from the kids so booked for Bonfire Night (booked 3 weeks before and sent a deposit, was told they would phone or email me to confirm..............this never happened, I had to ring them!). When we got to the Roker we were asked to pay the balance of... More

Well when we turned up at the hotel we had to wait about 20mins for the man to come and see to us. He also asked for payment but were 100% sure we had already paid on www.laterooms.com, ive read over the reviews and thinking this may be a scam? Were in contact with our bank about it now, and... Had to wait ages buzzing at the door & rang the telephone number twice before anyone answered & said he'd let us in. 5 minutes later, he appeared out of the darkness in the hallway & lead us to the "reception." What a weird hotel, like something out of a time warp & loads of nude statues around. there was... More

Well, where do I start? I booked this hotel before reading the reviews on here and I have to admit I was a bit cautious when I finally did check out what people were saying about this 'hotel.' We went to Blackpool for the Easter bank holiday weekend and needless to say all we wanted was a place to crash... More
