1.Location perfect only 100 yards from seafront. 2.Midway between central pier and south pier. 3.Hotel and rooms very clean. 4.Breakfast superb. 5.Christine and Reg very helpful. 6.I would recommend this hotel to families and couples. 7.All of the above in no particular order.

We have just come back after 4 nights stay here, Christine and Reg were very welcoming. Room with en-suite was comfortable and very clean, fresh towels and cleaned everyday without fail. Stayed here for the weekend with my family including adults, teenagers and children. Had a lovely stay, nice clean towels, very comfy beds and extrememly clean. The breakfast was lovely and Reg and Christine were very nice and welcoming. WIll stay again!!!
