Very close to St. Margaret s bus station. Comfortable rooms, pleasant staff. I visited from Trinidad and stayed with my daughter en route to the British Bird fair at Rutland. Stayed there on my five visits to the UK and would be staying again this year. I would definitely stay there in the future.

The room was ok but not particularly clean, great location for centre but also next door to a casino which was quite noisy - although they do state this on their website before you book. It's very central, and if you keep an eye on the rates it can be very cheap. The bathroom in my room was spotlessly clean. Reception staff were friendly, polite and reasonably efficient. Stayed here last year and found it a decent place to stay. Since then it has really gone down hill both with the quality of the rooms and the conduct of other guests. It's become a place to stay that's cheaper than a taxi home and therefore is not at all child friendly. The people above us played loud music... More
