This is by far the Best Bed and Breakfast both my Wife and I have stayed in over the years.The room was and is immaculate, everything clean and tidy. Come Breakfast ,nothing was to much trouble had a better selection on the menu than we have at home. Would recommend it every time .

We had a lovely stay. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Paula was very helpful and her breakfast was excellent. The location is a short walk from the city centre and the visitor parking permit allowed parking outside the guest house. Highly recommended.

I had the privilege of spending 5 nights at Carholme over the christmas market period. Paula and Steve were lovely and created an amazingly relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. My room was immaculate, comfortable and well equipped and the breakfasts were delcious, catering well for my vegetarian and lacto free diet - thank you!!
