I spent a week at the admiral and had a very good week the owners Nikki And Andrew were very good hosts. food was excellant the break fast was fantastic i would highly recommend the admiral guest house in lincoln to anybody visiting the city only a few minutes away from city centre.

Stayed here over a weekend in February, great value with off road parking. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was great and all this just 10 min walk from the city centre. The hosts were extremely accommodating and it seemed like nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend this guest house to anyone…..

Stayed here in august banks hols , good value , good parking, good breakfast what more do you need . Some people are just to fussy ,and complain too much.

Upon arrival at the B & B, we were greeted with a stale cooking oil smell, it reminded me of a chip shop. The smell permeated throughout the building. i can only say about room 8..this was the worst room ever stayed in .you could not sit down and use toilet with door closed,shower was 12 inches[approx] from toilet,the smallest ensuite you will ever find.wall paper hanging off walls,under rad no wallpaper.but clean and comfy bed.could have been bigger but no room.we paid £50.00 only worth £30.00.mr.filer

Booked a room by telephone.......... Arived at designated time to a smell of stale cooking fat. stay at the admiral .on arrival was greeted to clutter. welcomed by a strange man and showed to our room. well what can i say. wood cladding and peeling wallpaper. a musky smell in the bathroom and a toilet that only flushed when it felt like it. plus side nice breakfast and only a few minutes walk into town things...
