The A15 is the main route from Norwich to York. This means our location gives easy access to the Wolds, Coast and other places of interest in Lincolnshire. We provide the traveler with a warm and comfortable room and a substantial breakfast. For the tourist, we are 20 minutes walk from the City Centre with all its amenities and attractions. In addition to the colour TV, courtesy tray, telephone charging unit, etc in all rooms, we provide free WiFi. Also, in the guests' lounge there is computer and printer exclusive for guests' use.
