We are just back from a lovely stay in Liverpool. Novotel Hotel very central to all shopping, eating venues etc. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficent. The Chambermaids/Reception/Bar and waiting staff carry out an excellent service and made our stay very enjoyable. Food and service very good. I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for one night last week location is great just round the corner from Liverpool one and a 5 min walk to the echo arena if like us you are going to see a concert. Staff were friendly and very helpful and rooms were big and clean
