The Liner Hotel is in a great position - has free parking - which is great. Rooms clean and comfortable. Reception staff and breakfast staff friendly & helpful, but bar staff could be more polite and helpful - on eyoung man very surly. Breakfast plentiful and well presented Would stay there again.

Only one pillow on each bed...but asked for more and arrived promptly. Room was cool and quiet but wallpaper small rips in places and one dirty mark on wall...otherwise clean. Breakfast buffet was extensive and ok/good....staff all friendly. Food good in restaurant....all in all..would stay here again.

Good easy check in, rooms clean and fresh, enough tea and coffee sachets on arrival . Had dinner, breakfast,and ordered room service, prices very reasonable for the centre of Liverpool. Stayed here for one night to attend a conference. Great location for the station and centre of Liverpool. Stayed in a room on the 4th floor, room very spacious and nice bathroom. Very comfortable hotel with a great central location. Rooms were fine, staff very friendly & helpful, breakfast well above average. Free car parking was a major plus. will certainly seek it out again when we're next in the area.
