Very central location. Reasonably priced. Extremely good quality breakfast. For the price we paid we were amazed at the quality of the rooms. Absolutely lovely decor, huge bed, we actually didn't want to leave the room for our night out! Will definitely stay here when visit Liverpool again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here after getting a voucher deal. We really enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly, the room was fab (loved the speakers in the bathroom) and we also had complimentary afternoon tea which was lovely!

Cannot fault the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. Very clean and modern. The Steakhouse Bar & Grill was very good although very much London prices, Great location for a short walk into town or to Albert Docks.

Stayed here in February, booked a deal off Secret Escapes which included 2 nights plus dinner in the restaurant. Food was nice, although no info was offered at check in about it.
