the staff was friendly, a room was clean enough. My room didn't have hot water, but a lady in a check in office gives me another room's key to use a shower (as it's not the busy season). Wifi for free. I wasn't expecting this quality for 30 pounds. recommendable hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern, spacious room I received when I booked my single ensuite. My room had a double bed, flat screen tv, wifi, and a modern refurbished bathroom. Such a great find for only £30!!! 1 minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street station and 15 minute walk to the docks!
