I have never seen such a horrible hotel, reception/foyer dirty, the rooms were filthy, decoration was scruffy, curtains hanging off the rails, remote missing for telly, bin full of old rubbish, empty wine bottle under the bed, armchair with torn and greasy arms, drunk hens/stags loitering in lobby and smoking right outside main door which u had to walk through,... We stayed here for a Hen Party and booked several rooms. They split us all between floors (probably for the obvious reasons but understandable). When we arrived we couldnt check in till 3 but paif £10 between us for early check in so we had somewhere to leave the cases as there is no luggage room. On arrival it was... More

About 5 min walk from Lime Street Station which is a plus, everything is within walking distance including Cavern,Grapes,Heaven etc. Drinking and eating is cheap and almost 24/7. Pubs have a great atmosphere although if your from London they call you a Cockney [--]. Would i go back, yes. Any Q please ask.

Asked for a cot for the room when we booked when we turned up one was not provided and when we asked reception for one they had none so our baby didnt have anywhere to sleep properly apart from a double bed (he was... Was down for a concert and had stayed here before, but have to say it's certainly went down hill since my last stay... In typical Travelodge fashion the rooms are basic but functional but as I said they are now looking tired and need of a lick if paint.... But let's be honest no one stays in a travelodge for... More

Ive stayed here a few times in the past and in general the comments by other posters on here have been correct, however it seems the Travelodge has had a refurbishment certainly of some of the rooms. This was my best stay here yet. I was allocated a refurbished room which was quiet, clean and very good ...especially for the... More

Stayed in the Travelodge for 13 nights whilst here on business and although it was clean and nice enough, my room looked out onto a brick wall however...... .and the WiFi is unbelievably temperamental, £30 i had to pay for the use of this awful feature and had it worked i would have not complained. Overall , the staff were... More

We stayed here New Years Eve it was full of young people very noisy with parties in the rooms till 6am. The rooms were NOT clean very poor quality. I would not go back the rooms really need to be redecorated. Hotel staff were not always at the desk and it was impossible to get someones attention. Plus side location... More
