It was located far from the center, but just 25 minutes by tube. The neighborhood was scary, mostly at night. No lifts. The toilet was minimal. The shower was broken and the water fell like a fall. No phone. No way to place a phone call. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work (I asked why, they told me that I... More

Staff very helpful and welcoming on arrival. Arrived before official check in time but was told I could leave luggage in the room which was fortunate as when I saw it (there were three adults to share it) it was claustrophically small and one of the beds was so positioned that the person in it would have to either crawl... The reception area was clean and the staff were friendly. When we entered the room it felt like we had walked into an oven. During the night we had to open the window (fortunately there were bars on the windows as we faced the main road) just so we could sleep. The beds were very hard and the pillows very... More

The room and bathroom are dirty. Terrible for to allergic people, because they don't clean the rooms. Nice location, close to metro station(about 5 min) and the park(2 min). My room had a small kitchen, but there weren't kitchen utensils to use!! The breakfast is satisfactory. The price and location are good, but if you can, choose other hotel.

Stayed at Central Park Hotel for 4 nights in September. When I arrived, the staff were very welcoming and offered luggage storage (I arrived a bit before 2pm), however once I checked in and got up to my room (tough with my large suitcase and no working lift!) I was bitterly dissapointed. I had paid for an Annex room (supposed... More

This hotel was booked through work so it was forced upon me. On arriving reception was clean and girl behind reception was friendly enough. i was given a room on the top floor (61 steps up and lift out of order). On opening the door to my room I was greeted with a overwelming stench of stale mould. The room... More

I stayed there for 4 days in July with my boyfriend. When we were on our way to the hotel,we started to feel nervous because we saw that this is not a secure and good area, but this was just the beginning. We recieved a room on the 3rd floor,it was like a rat hole, with a tiny Tv,and a same size... More

We were very dissappionted with this hotel. The first room they gave us was flooded when we walked in so they had to give us another one. There were three beds in the room plus a camp bed stood against the wall. and the curtains were hanging off and badly stained. The wooden floor was badly marked with large gaps... More

It was a really last minute bloking and I have to say the price was surprisingly low: 2 nights for two with breakfast for less than 120GBP. The room was too small just enough to fit a bed and 1 wardrobe. However I did see other rooms and they looked like recently renovated. Breakfast was probably the best part of... More
