Run fast. Don't stay here. The price may lure you but it is everything everyone else has already said about it: the building smells, towels and sheets were threadbare with bleach stains and we weren't even sure they had been washed. The couch had a huge rip in it. Blech.

This would be the worst hotel/self contained hotel I have ever stayed in! Sheets were stained floor sagging so cupboard on angle. No clear direction how to exit in emergency. Fire exit door bolted locked. Disgusting. Photos do not apply to hotel. Agree student accommodation at the lowest end

My son and I stayed in Apt 37 for 30 nights - the accommodation and costs were arranged by a NZ Health Board. Despite the reviews we found the room comfortable and clean and very quiet. It was serviced every Thursday morning with clean linen, towels, etc and a good clean. A blown light bulb was reported and replaced within... More

Stayed for couple of nights with my brother. Superb location- 5 minutes walking distance from the tube and shops, 10 min walk from Soho. Can be noisy as big road is just outside, but I was prepared with my earplugs and slept very well. Consider this you get what you pay for in London. Just one big remark- it is... More

I'd like to start with saying that the onsite staff was courteous and very helpful the one or two times we needed them. Other than that, we stayed dry. As I read the other reviews, I find that I agree with all of them except for the one that states this is a great value. I'd have to say there... More

As expensive as london is, If you need to live in london for a few weeks this is the best budget there is. It has exactly what you need, does exactly what it says.

We had a bad experience due to being kept awake all night from an air conditioning flap outside our window. When I complained that played it down saying it was not near us and they couldn't find what had been banging (think drum in your room - that's how loud it was). I was appalled that their lack of building... More

I booked this via Acorn of London. It was sold as a studio apartment - an alternative to a hotel. It is reasonably central - just 5 minutes walk from Euston Square Tube. You have to pick up the keys from the Acorn office, just off Russel Square, and you then have a 15 minute walk to the apartment, which... More

My wife and infant child have recently spent 3 nights at this bad quality student accommodation masquerading as an executive apartment. We booked through lovingapartments.com - both the agent and the apartment provider didnt know anything about their promised product or service - absolutely disgusting experience. Will actively dissuade anyone who asks to stay away from the pair of them!... More

London was fully booked around the WC1 area, as usual, and 'luckily' found a bedroom at this place for 3 weeks. Truly awful experience. They gave me a room with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities, despite them having free rooms with ensuite bathroom/kitchen facilities, that they were saving for potentially bigger parties. I soon found out I was sharing the... More
