We stayed for two nights, no signage which made it hard to find it. basement room was very clean and modern. free breakfast wasnt included as adevertised. The receptionist was unhelpful and didn't make you feel welcome. Good location but as others have mentioned it does smell of gas in the hallway!!

I booked through booking.com and cancelled a month later. Booking.com could find no record of this but asked the woman not to charge me a cancellation fee due to the system, she charged me anyway and gave me abuse down the phone!!!

So much time and effort goes into booking accomodation online so when it does not match up to expectations its even more dissapointing. I now understand other guests comments about lack of signage.
