Overall the Dean Street Townhouse is very good and we really enjoyed our stay. We booked on the day (as it was a Sunday) and it meant we got a great deal. When we arrived we were also upgraded to the Bigger room which was a lovely gesture and not prompted in any way. The room itself was lovely. Spacious... More

The Dean Street Townhouse is lovely in every way. We had a medium room which was spacious, filled with warm antique-y furnishings and adorable retro prints. The old-fashioned bathtub set in an alcove in the bedroom was a treat. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Fresh baked cookies and french press coffee in the room were a delight. The photos... More

The offer of a tiny room or broom cupboard in a 5 star hotel sounds far from ideal, but this place has it wrapped. Room 20 / The Tiny Room provided a welcome escape from the chaos of Soho... Small yes but it had everything and more you could ask for. An odd thing to mention... but on this occasion... More

I had a too-short, one-night stay at DST at the end of April. Upgraded [always appreciated!] to the largest style of room upon arrival, I made myself at home right away. Loved the buzzy Soho location and the pleasant staff, the rainforest power shower and the four poster bed - and the little touches like the hair straighteners and the... More

I've stayed at Dean Street several times ... and between that have also had to stay in several other London hotels either for lack of availability or client-dictated hotels. But every time I'm able to come back to Dean Street, there's just no comparison. It's the perfect hotel for me - and one of my favorites anywhere in the world.... More

I found myself in London for a quick two-night stay, and loved the location and vibe of this boutique hot spot. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the restaurant next door made for easy dining. The gym is a few blocks away and not on the premises. Small price to pay for such a comfy, easy-going hotel. Soho... More

This was our third stay at Dean Street so, yes, we like it and that’s why we return. This time the room we were offered had a badly worn carpet, and I mean badly worn – down to the rubber underlay in two places. It not only looked poor, it was dangerous. And for nigh on £300 a night as... More

Soho house properties are supposed to be hip places, where the jet set briefly descend amongst the locals, like angels and disappear into the night (likely to some cool party where we werent invited). So when a friend wanted to stay at Soho's Dean Street Townhouse, I accepted gladly. Depsite the intriguing entry, the rooms are really dull English beige... More

Very quiet hotel that sits next door to a more lively restaurant. We liked our room. I think we had a medium room. Main sleeping room was quite large. We asked for a shower and not a tub, so we were given a handicap room which had the coolest bathroom/ wet room- about 10' x 10' square wet room with... More

This is a very classy, elegant place to stay in the heart of Soho. The location could not be more convenient --- literally steps from most major theaters. Once inside, the rooms are very quiet, and you would never know the teeming throngs were right outside the door. Cowshed toiletries were fantastic! -- the hotel provides you with a wide... More
