I went to an event at this hotel and was not drinking alcohol. I tried for four hours to get served a coffee by waiters, waitresses and even a manager that promised me it would come !!! The front desk however was very helpful.

Park Plaza Westminster has an excellent location close to London Eye and Big Ben.
