We stayed here for the first night of our honeymoon. We upgraded to a suite as a treat and were blown away by everything. The staff were fantastic, polite and helpful to an almost startling degree. The room was incredibly clean, and well looked after. The hotel itself had been amazingly and lovingly restored as well as being in a... More

Nice hotel, but the two selling points are that you can walk onto Eurostar, and the old St Pancras Victorian building is amazing. We booked a "cheaper" room, still over GBP200, and these are in a new wing, not in the old St Pancras building. No complaints - we knew all along. Room quality is good. Checkin good. Breakfast expensive,... More

I havenot been back to London for 3 years and am so glad to choose this hotel. I have book junior suite as I wanted to try one of the old Victorian rooms which I really enjoy so much. The pampering begin after booking, the butler has kindly asked me on what I need and he even showed me around... More

As Londoners we had watched the development at St. Pancras with interest. We decided to have a one-night stay, prior to train travel to Provence. Reception was awful, completely mucking up our attempt to find a pre-dinner drinks space (we had booked a meal in the Gilbert Scott Restaurant). When we eventually were accommodated (thanks to a sensible maitre d')... More

This was my second stay at the St. Pancras Renaissance. On my first trip, which was a personal trip to attend a concert in London, I had gotten a terrific room rate from the Marriott website by paying ahead of time. This time, on a business trip and leaving on the Eurostar after the second night, my rate was considerably... More

Stayed at the hotel for one night before getting the Eurostar the next morning. The room was very average. An opinion shared when chatting to people in the lift ! We were expecting it to be a bit more special than a" normal"Marriott. We probably would not stay here again .We had lunch on the terrace as it was a warm... More

Stayed here for 1 night when usual haunts were unavailable and London was having a rinse the tourists weekend. Great lobby. Always wanted to stay here and as it was at a reasonable price, for the place, we took it Nice size room with no view and very comfortable bed..Easy walk to Euston. Breakfast included and we had it in... More

I went for a meeting one afternoon - all the tables in the lobby area were busy. I asked at reception if there was somewhere else to have a drink, they told me the bar wouldn't serve tea or coffee. They didn't tell me I should go to the seating desk across from them and ask for a table. When... More

We stayed one night as a prelude to a continental holiday via Eurostar. A wonderful experience, but pricey! The whole experience from check in to room service breakfast served on a trolley complete with silver cloche plate covers was truly memorable! A perfect place to stay overnight for a Eurostar journey the next morning (if you can afford it) but... More
