We had a lovely stay at this hotel last weekend. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The bedroom was extremely comfortable and had a small seating area which was nice to relax in after a busy day.

Perfect 3 nights stay- superb location, 1 minute walk from red bus stop, the underground, the swan pub and across the road from Hyde park. Possibly be nice idea to turn the heat down in the hallways for the staff :-0
