It's still one of the best in London, the staff from your first greeting are so professional yet not over the top. Rooms are a good size and of course decorated exquisitely in my favorite Art Deco and importantly spotless. Afternoon tea is a super experience - so British. Definitely a place to stay in UK. Its quality.
