Perfect location for theatreland, lots of bars and restaurants close at hand. Room was lovely, big by London standards ( we upgraded). Decent breakfast, reasonably lively bar for a post show drink. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel in a lively location, easily reached from Heathrow by tube. By asking before arrival, got them to waive the rather insulting £20 per night wifi charge. Perfect location, immaculate service, fantastic ambience. Stayed here twice in junior suites, and a third time we were upgraded to the sumptuous loft suite. Nothing to fault, everything to praise. No, Firmdale Hotels aren't cheap, but worth the cost. Always our first choice for London, second would probably be another Firmdale property.
