Perfect location for theatreland, lots of bars and restaurants close at hand. Room was lovely, big by London standards ( we upgraded). Decent breakfast, reasonably lively bar for a post show drink. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I LOVE this hotel for so many reasons! The people that work there are incredibly gracious and friendly, they are truly a pleasure. The rooms are decorated in luscious fabrics, comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms and they are spacious, even the Queen rooms have decent closet space, but if you want more space stay in a larger room. There is a... More

Very nice hotel in a lively location, easily reached from Heathrow by tube. By asking before arrival, got them to waive the rather insulting £20 per night wifi charge. For morning coffee and pastry, there's the Monmouth coffee bar across the street. At checkout, the sweet girl at the desk, who was surprised I recognized Stephen Sondheim stepping out of... More

Perfect location, immaculate service, fantastic ambience. Stayed here twice in junior suites, and a third time we were upgraded to the sumptuous loft suite. Nothing to fault, everything to praise. No, Firmdale Hotels aren't cheap, but worth the cost. Always our first choice for London, second would probably be another Firmdale property.

This is the only hotel I've ever stayed in where there was absolutely Nothing to complain about. The staff are polite and professional and extremely efficient. The hotel has a calming vibe- an oasis in a busy city. But thats not to say its dull- far from it with stunning restaurant, welcoming entrance hall, spectacular lounge magnificently furnished- with an "Honesty... More

What a great place. Location is superb. You could walk to both Leicaster Sq and Covent Garden tube stop. There's theatre less than a block away in all directions and amazing restaurants. Wow! The hotel itself had everything we needed. Comfy beds, nice shower, great concierge, good restaurant and great service. This hotel gives you an experience...a fine one at... More

The best experience of my weekend was definitely my stay at this hotel! The rooms are very well decorated, very comfortable. A great mix of boudoir and contemporary! As for the service, the staff were very welcoming, warm and well mannered! And willing to go to that little extra such as running in the snow to get a taxi for... More

This grand hotel is located within walking distance of so many things that you can walk out the entrance, choose your direction and just stroll to your heart's content, enjoying all that London has to offer, which is so much: history and beauty, shopping, fabulous parks and gardens, the changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, the Houses...
