I stayed in an unexpectedly nice room on the top floor. Highly efficient staff on reception. Well located. The only downside is breakfast in the basement - very poor food and service, and a depressing start to the day. Verdict: I would recommend, but would advise skipping breakfast , and instead going to a local cafe.

I stayed here for one night a couple weeks ago before heading back to the airport. It's location to the tube is soo convenient. This hotel should never in a million years have a 4 star rating attached to it. The only thing it has in it's favour is the fact it's close to Kings Cross/St.Pancras stations. Great location. Easy walk from the station. Fifty minutes from Heathrow with no change. Great staff. Exceptionally clean. Definitely will stay at this property on my next visit to London. NOTE: Exit Kings Cross St Pancras Station to EUSTON ROAD. Take 1/2 turn to your left...turn up BELGROVE for one block...turn left for 3/4 of a block. You have arrived.

Stayed here for 1 night before going to Paris. Perfectly adequate, clean & presentable. Very close to St Pancras so excellent for the Eurostar. Breakfast was OK but don't expect a lavish spread. Would stay again for convenience.
